Placing an Order
You may place an order with us by adding goods to your shopping basket and completing the check-out procedure or by placing an order with us over the telephone.
Confirmation of Order
You will receive an order acknowledgement by email.
When you receive order acknowledgement please check order details are correct and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.
Processing Payment
We may process payment for order immediately or any time prior to dispatch.
VATS AND DUTIES
prices are inclusive of shipping but excluding of VAT and duties VAT and duties at destination, if any, are the responsibility of customer.
Shipping
Deliveries are made by express couriers DHL or FEDEX.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time prior to it being dispatched for a full refund.
Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns from any of our customers and all of our sales are final. However, we accept exchange within 7 days of receipt of delivery with the same value of item/or higher by paying the difference provided item(s) return are in the original condition. For all such exchanges, courier/shipping cost is customer responsibility. For any exchange Please contact The Rugknot in order to obtain exchange form.
Responsibility Limitation
- Please note that slight variations of colors are not accepted by us to constitute faulty. colors in the actual item may vary due to translation and reproduction limitation of photography. The carpet being hand knotted / hand finished and due to the nature of its variability, The Rug Knot will not be responsible for minor differences in shape, pattern and size, which may occur.
- Slight pile shedding is inevitable in rugs and therefore these products are not considered faulty.
- Sizes displayed on the website can slightly vary and are only an approximation.
